Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms cover your use of the PinkPass app and pinkpass.asia. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use PinkPass.
1. Who we are
PinkPass is operated by Phoenix Ascend Pte. Ltd., Singapore. In these terms "we" and "us" mean PinkPass; "you" means you.
2. Who can use PinkPass
You must be at least 18 years old. Some content and events are restricted further, either by age verification or by venue policy. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens on your account.
3. Your account
Give us accurate information and keep it current. One person, one account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → settings → Delete Account, or by writing to hello@pinkpass.asia. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to harass others, or where we are required to.
4. Content and conduct
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a licence to display and distribute it inside PinkPass so the service can work. Do not post anything that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit where the app does not allow it, someone else's private information, or content you have no right to share. Do not out anyone. Do not photograph or identify other customers at a venue without their agreement.
We may remove content and we may act on reports. PinkPass has no private messaging between customers, by design.
5. Venue and event listings
Listings — opening hours, prices, menus, addresses and events — come from venues, from public sources and from our own research. We check them and we correct them when we are told, but we cannot guarantee they are complete or current. Always confirm with the venue before you travel. Entry, dress code, age policy and admission are the venue's decisions, not ours.
A listing is not an endorsement, and PinkPass is not responsible for what happens at a venue.
6. PinkPoints
PinkPoints are a loyalty reward, not money.
- They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold.
- They expire 12 months after they are earned.
- We can adjust or remove points obtained through error, abuse or anything that misrepresents real activity.
- We may change earn rates, tiers and what points can be redeemed for. Points you already hold keep their redemption value at the time we change it.
- Points are forfeited when an account is closed.
7. Orders and table requests
PinkPass never takes payment for anything you order or reserve at a venue. When you confirm an order or request a table through the app, you are sending that request to the venue. You pay the venue directly, at the venue, on their terms. Availability, pricing and whether a request is accepted at all are up to the venue.
8. Event tickets
Where an event sells tickets through PinkPass, payment is handled by our payment provider, HitPay. The event organiser — not PinkPass — is responsible for running the event, for admission, and for refunds and cancellations. Their terms apply to your ticket. We pass on any platform fee shown at the time of purchase. If an organiser cancels, your claim for a refund is against the organiser; we will help where we can.
9. Businesses on PinkPass
If you manage a venue, performer or organiser page, you confirm you are authorised to do so. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for holding the necessary licences. Paid features are described at the point of purchase. Customer data shown to you inside PinkPass may not be exported, scraped, or used outside PinkPass, and you may not attempt to identify a customer who has kept a loyalty card private.
10. Our intellectual property
PinkPass, its name, logo, software and the design of the service are ours. You may not copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools to extract listings.
11. Service availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of PinkPass. We try to give notice where a change matters, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.
12. Disclaimers and liability
PinkPass is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything arising from your visit to a venue, your dealings with a venue or organiser, or content posted by other users. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you about significant changes in the app or by email, and continuing to use PinkPass means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
